We’d like to inform you that as of Friday, January 19, 2018 some of the current member benefits will no longer be offered.

 

Due to a much smaller than anticipated interest in these offerings, the following insurance & health-related benefits offered through Gallagher Benefit Services are being discontinued.:

Medicare supplemental insurance

Critical Illness supplemental insurance

Dental and vision discount plans

Dental insurance

Pet insurance

Vision insurance (VSP)

 

NOTE: Members that currently have any of these policies will not lose coverage.  As long as premiums are paid on time, their policies will remain in effect. 

 

The following insurance & health-related discount offers will remain:

 

Long Term Care insurance by LTCR

Senior Term Life by The Hartford

Accident Insurance plan by The Hartford

Hearing Aid discounts by Hear In America

 

 

All other categories of discounted services will remain including our Abenity Discount program, prescription discounts through ScriptSave, BonusDrive, travel-related discounts, rental cars, moving service, mortgage services, etc.   Alternative dental and vision offerings are being investigated and we will inform you if/when those are added. 

 

Attached you will find a revised Member Benefit flyer which we ask that you distribute and/or replace if you currently post this flyer on your department website.
