Secretary's Corner January 2024

Hello from the department office. Vicki and I are doing well and trying to stay warm. I would like to personally thank Vicki for taking care of the office during my unexpected absence, she did an outstanding job. I am back to work part-time in the office.

It is time for dues verification and unit officers forms to be sent out. These forms will be sent by the end of Feb. and are due back by May 1. If you do not send in your dues verification forms the dues amounts on your renewal forms will not reflect the correct amount.

Membership is steadily coming in. Here are a few reminders:

·        2024 membership dues must be paid before you can pay back dues.

·        Membership dues must be paid in full by April 1 to reflect as paid on the printed rosters you will receive with your membership packet at Convention in July.

Missouri Girls State is scheduled for June 22-29, 2024 at Lindenwood University in St. Charles. Girls State applications and payment no longer come to the department office and must be mailed to:
