Unit 150 celebrates 100 years of history

On July 2, 2023 (exactly 100 years from the charter date), members of Buchholtz-Kiefer American Legion Auxiliary Unit 150 of Ste Genevieve gathered to celebrate and pay tribute to a special group of ladies who worked tirelessly to establish their great organization and helped to build a legacy of service to Veterans, their families and the community. Members enjoyed an afternoon of food, attendance prizes, games, visiting with fellow members and hearing interesting quotes from 100 years of meeting minutes.

This was a once in a lifetime opportunity to celebrate all that has been achieved over the past century. The Auxiliary is proud of their history and excited for the future they’re creating together. The Auxiliary also wants to thank all organizations, individuals and businesses who helped make the celebration day possible and who continue to support all Veteran organizations.
